Iran: Teachers’ nationwide protest 19 April 2015 Teachers’ nationwide protest on April 16 in almost 70 cities throughout Iran terrified the ruling mullahs. Teachers’ protest movement against oppression in schools and universities, as well as discrimination and injustice that targets the ruling mullahs has been ongoing since 2014. In the morning of April 16, tens of thousands of teachers in close to 70 cities in 27 provinces concurrently held protest gatherings against oppression and injustice by Khamenei’s tyranny. Iran – nuclear talk Nowadays, American officials are holding nuclear talks with the Iranian regime in an effort to strike a deal. In my opinion, Iran's regime won't make bomb , it's important, it's good for world peace, because if Iran can make a bomb, immediately it will be in the hands of terrorists, and they can terrify the world. But it seems that 5+1 , especially the US, want a deal at any price. It doesn't matter for them, that the Iranian regime hide it's nuclear activities for 12 years, and they make nuclear sites in the mountains. Status of Baha’i prisoner in central Iran Two years after the imprisonment of a Baha’i citizen by the name of Shamim Ettehadi authorities in Yazd Prison continue to refuse him any leave. Ettehadi was arrested back in March 2013 on charges of propaganda against the state, membership in a Baha’i organization, insulting state agents, publishing lies and possessing satellite equipment. He was sentenced to 7½ years in jail and after an appeals court ruling the conviction was changed to 3 years in jail, 74 lashes, a two-year ban on leaving the country and a 40 million rial fine (around $1,300). According to his relatives the main reason for his detention and such a ruling was the fact that he sent a 4 minute video clip of the destruction of a Baha’i cemetery in Yazd to a TV network outside of the country.
