Arbitrary killing
Opening fire on civilians: 15 killed and injured
According to reports in less than
two months since the start of the new Iranian calendar year, at least 15 people
have been killed and wounded in Sistan and Baluchistan Province as a result of
security agents and Revolutionary Guards forces opening fire.
The names of these victims are:

Saturday, March 21
A young Baluchi man by the
name of Nawaz Derazehi was killed as a result of State Security Forces opening
fire from the Jalegh station.

Sunday, March 22
A shepherd by the name of
Majid Fouladi, son of Nikshahr, was killed by IRGC forces for no reason at all.

Sunday, April 21
A woman by the name of Sara
Bameri and her three-year old girl by the name of Sa’die Bameri were killed by
gunfire from SSF agents onto a caravan of drug smugglers.

Sunday, April 26
Two Baluchi citizens by the names
of Vali Mohammad Baluch and Dinar Sangani were killed as a result of state agents in Chabahar opening fire. Two others were injured in this incident.
Monday, April 27
A mother and a child were hit by
gunfire from security agents in the city of Zehak.

Monday, April 27
Salim Baluch was killed as a
result of direct gunfire from security agents in Sistan & Baluchistan
Province.

Tuesday, April 28
Shabir Baluch-zehi, 22 years
old from the city of Saravan, was shot by Revolutionary Guards forces twice in
the shoulder and back. He was suspected of smuggling diesel fuel.

Sunday, May 3
Balal Zardkuhi, 32, was killed
around the city of Iranshahr as a result of security agents opening fire.

Tuesday, May 5
As a result of state agents
opening fire and throwing stones, the vehicle of Abdulbaset Askani was turned
over and he was hospital for an injury near his eye.

Sunday, May 10
Iranshahr security forces
opened fire causing a vehicle belonging to a Baluch citizen by the name of
Ahmad Abdulzehi to turn over. Unfortunately the driver was burned in the fire
while 4 women and a child were also amongst the dead and injured. (Hrana – May
