#Atena_Farghadani, the painter and the advocate of women's and child labor's rights, sentenced to 7 and a half years of imprisonment.
According to the report, this criticst artist, and was first sentenced to 12 years and 9 months of imprisonment from the branch 14th of the court "Enghelab" under the charge of the judge Salvati, in which according to the 134th point of the Constitution, her new sentence is executable.
This reprimand is a primary sentence and contestable and Atena Farghadani's lawyer can appeal for a review in the sentence within 20 days.
Atena Farghadani was a children's and minorities' rights activist that was deprived of education on her master degree in arts(painting), because of her critical sketch of the Islamic legislature.
The main accusations of her case include : Acting against national security, advertising against the government, association with enemies of the Revolution and minor sects, disparaging the MPs through painting skill, and disparaging the Leader and Iranian Revolutionary Guards.
